"The human father has to be confronted and recognized as human, as man who created a child and then, by his absence, left the child fatherless and then Godless."
This blog comes from a Canadian/Muslim woman who also has a child with a Saudi man who chooses not to have contact with her or her son.
I would like to thank you for for speaking out and sharing your story.
In talking to women who have found themselves with children of Saudi men, specifically men on a student visa, we all come from different walks of life and have now found ourselves in shockingly similar situations on how the father reacted and now chooses no contact with the children. I struggled for a long time feeling alone as to who could possibly understand the amount of betray I was feeling? Then I found other in this situation and I found we all feel the same darn thing. It is a relief to know you are not alone.
Asalaamu 3alaikum,
